Car Detailing Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made through the Smith & Son Ltd website. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All bookings made with Smith & Son Ltd are subject to availability and acceptance by Smith & Son Ltd.

3. Package Changes

Smith & Son Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Substitute a booked package with an alternative package of equal or greater value where necessary;
  • Modify itineraries, services, schedules, or inclusions without prior notice where circumstances require.

Where a significant change is made, Smith & Son Ltd will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer as soon as possible.


4. Cancellation Rights

Smith & Son Ltd reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time due to:

  • Suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity;
  • Failure by the customer to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  • A rescheduled booking;
  • An alternative package; or
  • A refund at the discretion of Smith & Son Ltd.


5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete.


Failure to provide accurate information may result in cancellation of the booking without liability to Smith & Son Ltd.


6. Payments

All prices displayed are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and payment has been received.


Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.


7. Limitation of Liability
